We are a grass based regenerative farm in the Champlain Valley of the Adirondack Park. We produce grass fed and finished beef and lamb. Our animals graze our numerous multispecies grass pastures, and they are adaptively grazed and moved to fresh grass daily. The meat we produce reflects the unique terroir of our region and is the product of vibrant grassland ecosystems and healthy soils.
